Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@qoolqlubqollective.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.

If you have received the wrong size or the wrong product than what you have ordered we’d be able to help resolve that issue with a contact request through the side bar on our website or email support@qoolqlubqollective.com.
